Oversee third-party risk management and vendor partnerships across Asia Drive the full lifecycle of vendor management, including strategic sourcing, detailed due diligence, commercial negotiations, and performance management for corporate services Establish and maintain robust vendor governance frameworks that align seamlessly with regional banking regulations and external compliance guidelines Design and implement comprehensive vendor scorecards and performance metrics to elevate accountability and service quality Oversee substantial procurement budgets with a strategic focus on cost efficiency, operational resilience, and risk mitigation Collaborate closely with legal, risk, and internal compliance teams to embed regulatory safeguards and service level standards into contractual agreements skills and experience required Proven experience in end-to-end procurement, vendor governance, or third-party risk management within the financial services sector Strong familiarity with regional banking regulations, particularly regarding outsourcing risk frameworks and compliance standards Experience in drafting operational standard operating procedures and implementing risk controls to support business continuity Exceptional communication skills with the capability to influence internal leadership and external commercial partners To apply online please use the 'apply' function.
