Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of Executives, Associates, or Operations Staff.
• Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews.
• Identify training needs and support the development of team members' skills.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.
• Manage shift schedules, leave planning, and daily duty rosters.
• Operations Management :
• Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor team performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements.
• Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of operational metrics.
• Manage inventory, resources, and equipment to support smooth operations.
• Address and resolve operational issues and escalations promptly.
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations and company guidelines.
• Job Requirements :
• Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Business Management, Operations, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, or at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role .
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
