Additional Information

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Acting as Subject Matter Experts (SME) supporting production planning SAP/MES System/Auto Scheduling & Dispatching system such as troubleshooting and enhancement. Leading production planning virtual factory improvement projects initiate by SDSM/SDSS plant. Focal point of improvement project and system change for production planning team. Support all activities related to system change, auto scheduling & dispatching logic and new planning process. Work closely with order fulfillment, IPPC and planning support team to review process and ideas/recommendations for improvement and optimization using automation. Leading auto scheduling & dispatching logic design, implementation and defining business flow. Collaborate with automation team on setting automation improvement project priorities. Proactively analyze data to determine opportunities to improve automation KPI. Supporting automation manager to meet plant automation timeline and KPI. Supporting digital twin simulation to improve the ARV efficiency and utilization. Any other tasks that are assigned by superior from time to time. REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management/ Management / Science/ Industrial Engineer/Mathematics/ Others. Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in production planning is required for this position. Knowledge of applications such as MS Excel, MS Access, MS Visio & SQL. Ability to multi-task in high energy and fast paced environment with critical and tight schedule. PREFERRED: Preferably with hands-on experience in SAP module in PP (Production Planning) and MES system. Good understanding of manufacturing and production planning processes.
