Systems Administrator (Active Directory, Email, M365)

Requirements

• 3 plus years experience administering and supporting Domain Services, Identity and Access management, Enterprise-level communication and collaboration platforms while following structured change control processes within large Enterprise-level environments.
• Experience with MS Active Directory, MS Entra ID, MS Entra Connect, MS PowerShell, M365 platform and products (Teams, SharePoint Online, Office 365, OneDrive), in an on-premise, hybrid and/or cloud-only deployments.
• Hands-on experience managing Active Directory Domain Services operation including infrastructure components, group policies, OU administration, site replication, and Cloud Authentication or other authentication methods for hybrid identity solutions.
• Experience with MS Exchange and Exchange Online operation, maintenance and support, including patching, certificate renewals, upgrades, OWA, SMTP services, and routing.
• Experience with IT frameworks and process such as ITIL, Incident /Change / Problem Management, Quality Management, Project Management, Patch Management and Life-cycle processes and guidelines.
• Knowledge:
