Healthcare Recruitment Consultant - Business Development & Talent Acquisition Specialist #HDC

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using job portals, professional networks, social media, referrals, and talent databases.
• Identify and engage high-calibre candidates while building a strong talent pipeline for current and future opportunities.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and suitability for client requirements.
• Prepare compelling job advertisements and manage postings across various recruitment platforms.
• Provide clients with market insights, talent trends, and recruitment advisory services.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through timely communication and professional guidance.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop effective recruitment strategies and achieve business objectives.
• Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and fostering long-term client partnerships.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure recruitment activities are completed efficiently.

Requirements

• Diploma, Degree, or GCE A-Level qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• A proactive, resilient, and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team.
• Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, or business development.
