About the role

Responsibilities

  • Acting as a liaison for client inquiries and ensuring timely resolution of administrative matters.
  • Supporting Relationship Managers in credit and marketing activities, including preparing credit proposals and financial analysis.
  • Assisting with account onboarding, including KYC due diligence and documentation review.
  • Monitoring credit limits, loan drawdowns, rollovers, and ensuring timely processing of post-loan operations.
  • Managing internal reports, consolidating financial and client data for departmental reviews.
  • Inputting credit limits and transactional data into internal banking systems with accuracy.
  • Helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a high level of service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 1 years of relevant experience in corporate client onboarding, KYC, or banking operations.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a proactive and structured approach to work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and banking systems will be an advantage.
