About the role

Key Responsibilities 1. Power Platform Development Design and develop solutions using: Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas Apps) Power Automate (flows and workflows) Dataverse Build scalable applications following best practices and design patterns Develop reusable components and optimize performance 2. Power Pages & Portal Development Develop and customize Power Pages portals Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript for UI enhancements Implement custom functionalities and integrations 3. Integration & Customization Integrate Power Platform with: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Azure services External applications and APIs Support data integration, workflows, and automation use cases 4. ALM & DevOps Use Azure DevOps for: Source control (Repos) Work tracking (Boards) CI/CD pipelines Follow Git-based deployment processes 5. Collaboration & Delivery Work with functional consultants and stakeholders to gather requirements Translate business needs into technical solutions Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field 4-6+ years of experience in Power Platform development Strong experience in: Power Apps (Model-driven + Canvas) Power Automate Dataverse Experience in Power Pages development Knowledge of: HTML, CSS, JavaScript Azure DevOps Experience with Dynamics 365 is highly preferred Understanding of ALM, environments, and deployment strategies Good communication and problem-solving skills Preferred / Nice to Have Microsoft Power Platform Certifications Experience with: Copilot Studio (if required for current projects) Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions) Exposure to CRM or ERP systems (Dynamics 365) Benefits Market competitive compensation.
