Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for Workday Financials modules, assisting with issue resolution and routine system maintenance.

  • Maintain documentation of configurations, changes, and support procedures to aid knowledge sharing and continuity.
  • Required Experience and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in Workday Financials or a similar financial systems support role.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more Workday Financials modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Expenses, Procurement).
  • Basic to intermediate experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields, and EIBs.
  • Ability to follow established processes, manage assigned tasks, and meet deadlines with guidance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-service mindset.
  • Willingness to learn, develop technical skills, and grow within a Workday ecosystem.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Preferred Skills
  • Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments (e.g., Jira).
  • Exposure to Workday release testing and change management activities.
  • Familiarity with integrations or cloud-based tools is a plus, but not required
  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Shift timings: 1PM - 10 PM or 2PM -11 PM
