About the role

Install aluminium, stainless steel (SS), galvanized iron (GI), and other sheet metal cladding over insulated HVAC ducts, chilled water lines, process piping, valves, flanges, vessels, tanks, and equipment. Measure, fabricate, cut, bend, roll, and fit cladding sheets according to approved drawings and site requirements. Install removable cladding boxes for valves, strainers, flanges, and other maintenance-access components. Fabricate elbows, reducers, tees, end caps, valve boxes, and custom cladding sections using sheet metal. Secure cladding using rivets, screws, bands, pop rivets, sealants, and approved fastening systems. Ensure proper overlap, sealing, weatherproofing, and finishing of all cladding installations. Read and interpret HVAC layouts, piping isometrics, P&IDs, GA drawings, and insulation drawings. Coordinate with insulation crews to ensure insulation is correctly installed before cladding. Repair or replace damaged cladding during construction, pre-commissioning, or maintenance activities. Use sheet metal fabrication tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Cladder in HVAC, oil & gas projects. Vocational training or trade certification or relevant certification. Proven experience in cladding HVAC ductwork, chilled water piping, process piping, vessels, and mechanical equipment. Effective communication skills and a team-oriented approach. Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively. Willingness to work on-site at various ADNOC project locations in Abu Dhabi. Flexibility to work in shifts and extended hours as project demands require.
