Responsibilities

  • How We Engage
  • We keep our process simple and intentional - because your time matters. Here's what to expect:
  • Step 1 - Screener Interview A conversation with someone from our Talent team to get to know you, understand your background, and make sure we're aligned on what you're looking for.
  • Step 2 - Department Interview A deeper conversation with a hiring manager in your area of expertise. This is where we really dig into your work, your experience, and how you operate.
  • Step 3 - The Decision Once both conversations are done, we make our call. If it's a fit, we bring you onto the bench - and that means something. You're in.
  • Step 5 - We'll Be In Touch From there, we'll reach out when an opportunity aligned with your skills and experience becomes available. We'll share the details, and if the timing, availability, and rate work for you, we'll get to work!
