About the role

As a Supply Chain Planning Supervisor you will help drive our goals by: - Planning material requirements and production schedules to meet customer needs across make-to-order, make-to-stock, and make-to-forecast workflows. - Generating long‑range raw material forecasts and partnering with Procurement to ensure timely supply and accurate master data. - Monitoring inventory, identifying slow‑moving materials, and supporting action plans to optimise stock levels. - Supporting IBP processes by analysing demand, reviewing capacity, and preparing long‑range supply plans and materials. - Working closely with Manufacturing and Engineering to validate production feasibility and maintain accurate system data. - Acting as a team mentor, supporting data analysis, dashboard development, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key skills that will help you succeed in this role: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering , Supply Chain, Business, or related STEM field. - 5+ years' experience in Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, or Project Management roles. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including VBA, pivot tables, and lookups, plus collaboration via Teams. - Experience with MRP/ERP systems or planning software, with strong numerical and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently. - Strong Health & Safety awareness and an analytical approach to problem solving.
