Supervisor, Integration & Separation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience.
• Experience supporting post-merger integration or carve-out initiatives.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Additional Role Expectations
• Travel: As required by engagement.
• Peak Periods: Increased workload during post-close execution.
• Scheduling: Flexibility aligned to project demands.

• Compensation Range: $95,400 - $192,000
• Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.

Job Responsibilities Oversees assigned integration or separation workstreams and reviews analyses for quality. Supports development and execution of integration and separation plans. Coordinates engagement activities and timelines across functional areas. Participates in client discussions related to planning and execution activities. Coaches associates and senior associates and provides feedback on performance. Escalates risks and issues to managers as appropriate.
