TIG Welder & Metal Fabrication Technician

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience performing TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and technical specifications.
• Strong layout and measuring skills using tape measures and standard hand tools.
• Working knowledge of shop mathematics, including fractions, measurements, and basic geometry.
• Ability to identify and resolve fit-up, layout, and welding issues with minimal supervision.
• Experience using fabrication equipment and metalworking tools.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting with changing priorities and deadlines.

TIG Welder / Metal Fabrication Specialist (Aluminum & Stainless) Location: Hanover, PA Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-3:00 PM Occasional Saturdays required; overtime as needed Pay: Starting at $24/hour (higher based on experience) Role Summary We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder / Fabrication Specialist to build and assemble aluminum, stainless steel, and other metal components. This position focuses on precision welding, layout, and fabrication of handrails and custom metal products in a fast-paced shop environment.
