The Managing Director drives operational excellence across a revenue‑generating ecosystem by optimizing processes, scaling delivery models, and partnering closely with faculty, program directors, and business development leaders to bring high‑impact executive education to life. This position supports a multi-campus and client-facing portfolio spanning Houston City Centre, Dallas-Fort Worth, College Station, and corporate partner locations. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic insight, operational rigor, and a passion for lifelong learning, ensuring that every engagement reflects the values, quality, and leadership ethos of Mays Business School.
