About the role
About Us Hyprwork is a fast-growing operator of direct-to-consumer brands in health and wellness. Our flagship brand, Rejuvacare, serves over 400,000 customers across the United States who trust us with their health and their money. We ship primarily to the US market, offer a 90-day money-back guarantee, and run a RejuvaCare+ membership program that powers recurring revenue. The company has scaled 12x in a single year to nearly 150 people across 15+ countries. We are remote-first, async-first, and hold a high standard of accountability across everything we do. The technical operations layer that powers our funnels, stores, processors, and tracking is the infrastructure behind all of it. The Role This is a hands-on technical operator role. Not a coordinator, not a project manager, not a marketing hire. You will work directly alongside our Technical Operations Director across a portfolio of DTC health and wellness brands and a B2B SaaS platform. Your job is to backstop, support, and eventually own large pieces of the technical operations stack so we have redundancy and coverage across funnels, stores, processors, and tracking. The framing is co-pilot. The technical operations function today runs through one person. The company needs a second person who can fix anything that breaks across the funnel and store stack, take ownership of meaningful pieces over time, and operate independently when the lead is in another part of the business. You will learn fast, take on more responsibility quickly, and become the second responder when something goes wrong in production. You will be in Checkout Champ, Shopify admin, Meta Events Manager, and code editors every day. You will write Liquid, edit templates, deploy tracking scripts, configure processors, and ship fixes. The standard is uptime, response speed, accuracy of work, and how much you take off the Technical Operations Director's plate over time. What You Will Own Funnel Operations (Checkout Champ) Building campaigns, configuring products and upsells, troubleshooting decline flows, managing custom fields, and running post-purchase logic. You will read webhook payloads without a manual, debug a broken upsell live, and rebuild flows under launch pressure when needed. Storefront and Subscription Operations (Shopify) Shopify storefront work across multiple brands: catalog management, theme edits in Liquid, subscription configuration, app integrations, and conversion fixes. You will be expected to ship template-level changes without escalating to a developer. Merchant Processing and Payments Infrastructure MID management, descriptor optimization, chargeback response packaging, processor communication, and gateway routing changes. You understand what makes a card-not-present processor drop a merchant and how to respond when it happens. This is one of the most specialized parts of the role and the bar is real operator experience. Tracking, Attribution, and Pixel Operations Pixel deployment, server-side events through Meta CAPI, GTM and dataLayer configuration, Voluum routing, and postback verification. You will be the person who debugs a tracking discrepancy from scratch, deploys a fix, and verifies the data flow end to end. Second-Responder Troubleshooting Day-to-day troubleshooting across the stack. When something breaks, you are the second responder. You document what you do so the next person can pick it up, and you write clearly enough that a teammate can run the same fix without asking. Required Technical Foundation 2+ years hands-on with Checkout Champ at the operator level. You can build a funnel, debug a broken upsell, and read a webhook payload without a manual. 2+ years operating Shopify stores in a DTC or subscription environment. You know Liquid well enough to edit templates. Working knowledge of card-not-present merchant processing including MIDs, descriptors, chargebacks, reserves, and gateway routing. Comfortable with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript at the level needed to deploy tracking scripts, debug pixel fires, and modify funnel pages. Strong written communication. You document what you do so the next person can pick it up. Builder Mindset A builder, not a ticket-closer. You see a broken process and rewrite it instead of working around it. Comfortable with ambiguity. Things move fast and the right answer is not always documented. Allergic to AI hedging language and corporate filler. You write clearly and directly. Reliable under pressure. When a processor cuts us off or a funnel breaks during a launch, you stay calm and methodical. Coachable. You will be working alongside someone who has already built most of this stack and you are willing to learn how it works before redesigning it. Honest about what you do not know and fast at learning what you need to. Preferred Experience Production use of AI tools in your daily workflow, including Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, custom GPTs, or agents. Familiarity with one or more of Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase
