About the role

Responsibilities

- Order fixtures, supplies, and equipment for new stores and ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage construction timelines and communication with contractors, vendors, and mall management.
- Support new store openings, relocations, pop-ups, and store closings through project management and on-site assistance as needed.
- Labor, Inventory & Systems
- Monitor and analyze store-level labor data and report insights to leadership.
- Ensure accurate entry of shipment receipts, transfers, and related data into NetSuite.
- Oversee store supply ordering, replenishment processes, and vendor relationships.
- Facilities & Maintenance
- Manage store maintenance and facilities requests, coordinating with mall management and external vendors.
- Track issues, manage repair timelines, and maintain updated documentation of work orders.
- Cross-Functional Support
- Partner with Retail Leadership, Visual Merchandising, Inventory Planning, L&D, and Finance to support operational needs.
- Troubleshoot store-level issues and remove roadblocks to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of operations leadership experience in Retail.
- Experience managing new store openings, relocations, or pop-ups.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and related tools; able to analyze data and present insights.
- Team-oriented with strong people management and collaboration skills.
- Experience in a rapidly scaling business is a plus.
- Willingness to travel 30-50% to stores across the country.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods during store visits.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Salary: $60,000 - $68,000
