About the role

We are looking to hire a Senior Account Manager to join our Sales team in New York on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This role will focus on managing and growing an existing portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring strong client engagement, successful renewals, and continued adoption of WGSN's services while the current account lead is on leave. Salary range - $85,000 - $90,000 This role is office based out of our NY office.

Requirements

  • PROVEN SALES EXPERTISE: A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales or account management, selling to senior decision-makers in a B2B environment. Experience with Fortune 500 companies is highly desirable but our priority is hiring those with excellent sales competencies.
  • TRACK RECORD OF SUCCESS: A demonstrable history of achieving or exceeding sales targets, particularly in a subscription-based product or service environment.
  • CLIENT RELATIONSHIP BUILDING: Expertise in developing and nurturing relationships with high-level executives, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and driving business growth.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Strong ability to present and sell services through proposals, presentations, phone calls, and case studies. Your negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders will be essential to your success.
  • SALESFORCE CRM EXPERIENCE: Proficiency in using Salesforce (or similar CRM tools) to manage pipelines, track leads, and maintain client relationships. Experience with opportunity management and data-driven sales strategies is a plus.
  • RESULTS-ORIENTED: You excel in a KPI-driven, fast-paced environment, managing multiple accounts and priorities while keeping client satisfaction at the forefront.
