Responsibilities

  • Accountable for end-to-end project success and achieving project objectives, timelines, and budgets

Requirements

  • Availability to work onsite 100% (Montes Urales office)
  • 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2+ years managing technical or Salesforce projects
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and project management tools (Jira, Asana, or similar platforms)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, strong analytical and problem/solving abilities.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification
  • Experience in a PMO or Center of Excellence environment
  • Salesforce administration or configuration experience
  • Experience handling program-level initiatives with multiple interdependent projects
  • Background in travel, technology, or SaaS industries
