Responsibilities

  • What you bring
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field - or equivalent experience.
  • Two+ years of progressive HR experience with a genuine passion for the employee experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment law.
  • The ability to read people, teams, and organizational dynamics with cultural intelligence.
  • Sound judgment and the composure to stay steady when priorities shift fast.
  • Clear, confident communication that works across every level of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Absolute discretion with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Bonus points for
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent).
  • Experience supporting government, defense, or large-scale service contracts.
  • Background in organizations of 500+ employees.
  • Working knowledge of the Service Contract Act (SCA).
  • The environment
  • This is a fast-paced, high-variety role where the stakes are real and the work is meaningful. Occasional travel may be required (up to 10%), and some non-traditional hours may come up as the mission demands. Light physical tasks up to 25 lbs may be involved.
  • Hybrid work schedule with 2 days in office and 3 days of remote work.
