- Serve as a primary liaison between Subcontract Management, Category Management, PLC teams, and Contracts Compliance for government contracting activities
- Develop solicitation packages, review supplier proposals, and prepare proposal analysis files
- Create subcontract file package structures and supporting documentation to meet compliance requirements
- Ensure subcontract compliance before approval and assist with subcontract closeout activities
- Train, mentor, and support teams on subcontracting processes, standard work, and compliance execution
- Track key metrics, support continuous improvement efforts, and help resolve procurement issues in project and program work
- Manage RFQs and enter subcontract data accurately into ERP systems such as SAP and WISE
