Job Responsibilities: Assist Sales Department to handle day-to-day activities. Compile sales reports Update databases and customer records Housekeeping of agents' commission invoices To ensure stamp duty are purchased, uploaded into system and communicated with Finance on a monthly basis. Maintain proper filing systems to ensure the traceability of documents & updates into System. To assist with drafting of agreements- duty covering. Ensure & check all sales documents submitted by sales team are in order. Any other task assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
