Responsibilities
- Follow work instructions and production procedures to complete logo fabrication projects
- Assemble and glue pre-cut turf pieces according to design layouts and shipping schedules
- Ensure completed logos meet company quality standards
- Assist with packaging and preparation for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift
- Collaborate effectively with team members to complete projects on time
- Support other production team activities as needed
- Physical Requirements & Schedule
- Ability to work on hands and knees for approximately 50% of the shift and stand/walk for the remaining 50%
- Ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be comfortable working in a production/manufacturing environment
- First shift schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Must be available to work up to 60 hours per week based on business needs
