Senior/Staff Software Engineer, Operational Applications & Platforms

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience), with 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, including experience building applications with Node.js, HTML, and CSS
• Deep understanding of modern web technologies and architecture, including performance, scalability, and maintainability considerations
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Vue, React, or Svelte, with an eye toward building intuitive, high-quality user interfaces
• Proven ability to design and architect large-scale, full-stack systems, paired with strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively drive alignment and execution across cross-functional teams
