Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Equipment Technician performs and ensures that the manufacturing equipment is in working condition, providing the necessary preventive and corrective maintenance to facilitate production without defects caused by the equipment. General Responsibilities - Participates on services and calibrates test equipment by making regular performance inspections, planning preventative maintenance and repairing defective equipment or systems. - Assists with repairs and preventative actions on equipment within the production. - Participates in the deployment of new equipment. - Assists on preventive actions with a real risk of equipment or infrastructure problems. - Ensures correction and continuous improvement events for the performance of production equipment. - Timely informs the supervisor and relevant staff about maintenance issues related to the technological equipment during unplanned repairs. Experience / Qualifications - Relevant work experience or knowledge of the role - Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands - Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results - Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards - Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Gross Annual Salary Range: 9,940.00 EUR - 13,666.40 EUR The salary range is published in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and relevant country legislation. Starting Salary The starting salary offered will be based on objective, gender-neutral criteria , (e.g internal equivalency, relevant skills, experience, qualifications etc.).
