Physical Document Handling - Manage filing of physical document onsite and liaise with offsite service provider on stakeholder request Mailroom Management - Assist with office mailing services such as arranging daily courier/postage, mail collection, distribution & monitoring Other responsibilities Provide coverage for Reception duties Support other team members on other various tasks as and when required
