Location: Kraków Hybrid model: Hybrid model 3 days per week in the office /2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years old About the team: The Business Analysis Manager is responsible for creating and implementing project design solutions for a portfolio of projects supporting a product or discipline. You will lead a team of subject matter experts, analysts and other participants to ensure that project design meets the goals and objectives of the project, satisfies all aspects of the project scope, and aligns with the overall strategy of the product and business line(s). The Business Analysis Manager is responsible for managing definition and documentation of requirements and design and ensuring integrity throughout all phases of the project lifecycle and managing changes as necessary. The Business Analysis Manager is responsible for assessing Business Analyst resource needs across the portfolio and working with the Product Development Manager, Project Manager and Project Management Office to fulfill them. You will manage Business Analyst staff directly providing coaching and training. In our team, you will be responsible for: Business Analysis (50%): Lead end-to-end business analysis by translating evolving business needs into clear requirements, solution designs, and business cases aligned with product strategy and investment goals. Own solution design and requirements integrity , ensuring business requirements, designs, and change requests are complete, approved, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Provide subject matter and technical leadership , performing impact and risk analysis, resolving critical issues, and ensuring cross-system and cross-product alignment. Ensure solution quality by supporting and validating testing activities to confirm alignment with business requirements, design specifications, and agreed project scope. Drive best practices and continuous improvement , applying standards across projects and contributing to post‑implementation reviews and lessons learned. People Management (20-30%): Directly manage and coach a small team of business analysts. Provide timely feedback on performance and build development plans. Estimate the business analysis work necessary to successfully complete the project Assist in identification of analyst resources to maximize productivity and achieve desired results for the portfolio Assist in the development of training programs for Business Analysts to meet the anticipated needs of the portfolio Ensure that all business analysts adhere to strong project execution methodology standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle Client Experience (10-20%): Align solutions to business strategy by deeply understanding the sponsor's division, product, platform, and priorities, and designing outcomes that achieve project goals. Manage project scope and change by proactively addressing evolving business needs, minimizing scope creep, and recommending effective solutions. Lead cross‑stakeholder collaboration by negotiating goals across division leaders and systems and driving alignment on priorities and outcomes. Advise and influence senior stakeholders through clear recommendations to sponsors and steering committees, backed by actionable plans to deliver results. Engage with external clients and vendors , as needed, to understand requests, assess impacts, and support successful delivery. Enhance client and stakeholder experience by anticipating needs, managing expectations, providing consistent communication, and supporting client‑facing materials as needed. Project Management (10%): Complete project management tasks as necessary ensure successful execution of the project , delivery of committed scope, and achievement of the goals and objectives of the project Plan project tasks ; identify and manage resources to successfully execute the project plan. Present to steering committees, stakeholders and senior management to communicate project progress and resolve issues or obstacles as necessary Support the development of a business case for the project at the ideation phase
