ACCIONA in Infrastructure is currently looking for a Technical Office Engineer for MCRP02 railway project located in San Fernando, Pampanga. This role will assist Substructure in all project related documentation and coordination. Job Description Manage the document control system , ensuring accurate filing, proper organization, and full traceability of all incoming and outgoing documents Monitor and update submission statuses , ensure compliance with deadlines, and conduct timely follow-ups for pending reviews and approvals Support procurement planning by coordinating material requirements and aligning delivery schedules with the project construction timeline Collaborate closely with site teams to integrate technical inputs and address on-site requirements efficiently Required Skills and Competencies Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in document control and management of civil engineering documentation within construction projects, preferably in railway projects, with knowledge on Substructure is an advantage. Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Experience in railway construction is a strong advantage Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to work effectively with diverse teams , including expatriates, as required ACCIONA has been given the Top Employer 2024 & 2025 certification in Philippines.
