Requirements

  • Currently an active student in their 6th or 7th semester pursuing a Bachelor's in Administration, Talent Development, Organizational Culture, Business, or any related subject area.
  • Interest in learning about the Admin side of the Talent Acquisition Area.
  • Expert level in speaking and writing English.
  • Can be onsite in our Monterrey Office: Part-time.
  • Past HR or coordination internship experience.
  • Front Office: Email drafting, calendar management.
  • Highly organized with a meticulous approach to time and project management.
  • What the Candidate Will Do
  • Support scheduling requirements for interviews, panels, and various recruitment-related activities.
  • Respond promptly to rescheduling requests from both candidates and internal business partners.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers to facilitate a seamless interview journey.
  • Help champion a world-class candidate experience throughout every stage of the selection process.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to stay aligned with evolving business priorities.
  • Partner with the Facilities team to ensure operational continuity and a professional environment.
  • Support maintain comprehensive mapping and regular updates of all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
