Senior Operations Executive

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operational activities, mentor Operations Executives, and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Plan and manage training schedules, trainer deployment, classroom allocation, and class timelines
• Coordinate with trainers, Sales Team, and learners on enrolments, class confirmations, assessments, and communications
• Support course development, new course proposal submissions, and maintain course documentation
• Ensure compliance with EduTrust, CPE, SSG, PDPA, and internal regulatory requirements, including audit and SOP documentation
• Support quality assurance, audits, inspections, operational improvements, and other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
• Job Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Education Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant operations experience.
• At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in training, education, PEI, EduTrust, or WSQ environments is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Good English speaking and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Senior Operations Executive The Senior Operations Executive plays a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of training operations, regulatory compliance, academic administration, and quality assurance activities. The incumbent is responsible for supervising Operations Executives, coordinating trainers and learners, managing course schedules, supporting course development projects, and ensuring full compliance with EduTrust, SkillsFuture Singapore(SSG), Committee for Private Education (CPE), and internal operational requirements.
