Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow corporate sales and private event revenue.
  • Identify and secure new corporate clients for meetings, networking events, product launches, celebrations, business lunches and private functions.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers, companies, event agencies and corporate partners.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates and business development plans for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in corporate sales, business development, hospitality or event sales.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore's corporate and hospitality market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with senior corporate stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated with strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to attend networking events and meet clients outside normal office hours when required.
