Responsibilities
- Azure services (Entra ID, VDI, networking, Key Vault, Defender, Exchange Online)
- Windows Server, HP/Dell hardware, and Hyper‑V virtualization
- Networking fundamentals (VNets, subnets, connectivity troubleshooting)
- Patch management (WSUS, Azure Update Manager, Azure Arc)
- Web and application infrastructure (IIS, SSL certificates, DNS, F5 load balancers)
- Endpoint management with Microsoft Intune (imaging, inventory, user support)
