- Minimum GCE O Level qualification
- Prior experience in customer service, administration, content creation, social media, or video editing

- Comfortable using computers, email, WhatsApp, smartphones, cameras, and basic digital systems
- Good spoken and written English
- Ability to communicate effectively in Chinese for social media content, live broadcasts, and customer interactions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask calmly
