- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical preferred) or related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry focusing on process safety, risk assessment, or project engineering
- Hands-on experience with MOC systems and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical skills to manage technical reviews effectively
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Certification in Risk Management or related fields
