  • Key Requirements
  • Experience & Knowledge
  • Strong experience in automotive aftermarket, ideally Refinish/Collision.
  • Strong background in indirect channel management and key account leadership.
  • Solid business acumen, financial understanding, and sales performance management.
  • Skilled in negotiation, communication, and relationship building.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (ideally Salesforce).
  • Fluent in English (in addition to Swedish native language).
  • Travel: approximately 30% (daytrips and overnights), including international occasionally.

  • Som en Distribution sales specialist - Automotive Refinish har du det övergripande ansvaret för försäljning och lönsamhet av Axaltas Refinish produkter och tjänster via samtliga distributörer i Sverige och kommer rapportera till den nordiskt ansvariga chefen.
  • Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden
  • Ansvara för försäljningsresultat och lönsamhet hos alla svenska distributörer
  • Utveckla och bibehålla starka relationer med distributörer samt stödja deras viktigaste slutkunder.
  • Identifiera, driva och realisera nya affärsmöjligheter inom färg, icke-färgrelaterade produkter och tjänster.
  • Följa upp samarbetspartners prestationer och kontinuerligt förbättra försäljningsprocessen.
  • Säkerställa ett konsekvent arbetssätt enligt Axaltas försäljningsprocesser och CRM-verktyg.
  • Coacha och utveckla distributörernas sälj och marknadsorganisationer.
  • Arbeta nära interna Axalta-team för ett samordnat och effektivt genomförande.
