The CNE, often affectionately referred to as The Ex, is Canada's largest community event and one of the top ten agricultural fairs in North America, attracting approximately 1.6 million visitors annually over the course of its 18-day run. With something for everyone, the CNE offers a wide range of attractions and interactive entertainment experiences including: concerts, midway rides and games, shopping, exhibits, tech and gaming hubs, food and wacky treats! Requirements

• Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and Labour Day - All 18 days of the fair (August 21 - September 7, 2026)
• Must be Smart Serve Certified
• Previous bartending experience preferred (high-volume experience is an asset)
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and standard drink recipes
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in both slow and fast-paced periods
• Comfortable working long shifts on your feet
• Ability to remain calm and efficient during busy rushes
• Proactive mindset - able to clean, prep, and restock during slower periods
• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support coworkers
• Experience with cash handling, reconciliations, and POS systems
• Works effectively with minimal supervision
• Other duties as assigned
