Additional Information

DataHub's aspiration is to become the access point for Experian data and services across the Ascend Platform providing a single, consistent, scalable interface for customers to discover, select, and activate proprietary data, partner services, and client-supplied data across decisioning, fraud, and identity workflows. Over time, this foundation enables a richer Partner Ecosystem and marketplace evolution streamlining onboarding, improving time-to-value, and unlocking new monetization opportunities. Own the strategy-to-execution delivery for DataHub in Brazil driving discovery, planning, and roadmap execution across two core business areas (Credit, Identity & Fraud) while partnering with global DataHub & Partner Ecosystem teams to deliver scalable, reusable platform capabilities. You will lead a Brazil-based Scrum team in a co-development model with ESS and other global squads translating regional priorities into clear outcomes, accelerating Credit Decisioning roadmap delivery, launching and evolving DataHub for IDF Brazil, and advancing the Mappers-to-DataHub path with clear metrics and predictable execution. The context of this role involves co-development between Brazil and global teams, with a focus on structured discovery, clear prioritization, and predictable delivery across multiple Brazil business stakeholders and global platform dependencies. Lead the day-to-day product ownership for the Brazil DataHub Scrum team, translating strategic objectives into clear initiatives, outcomes, and prioritized backlogs. Drive a co-development operating model with ESS and global squads, facilitating alignment and decision-making with stakeholders (often in English) to ensure Brazil market needs, global roadmap priorities, and technical dependencies translate into a strong delivered customer experience. Accelerate DataHub roadmap priorities for Credit Decisioning through co-development, including definition of scope, success metrics, and release plans. Lead the launch of DataHub for Identity & Fraud Brazil, and provide ongoing product leadership for post-launch priorities, adoption, and continuous improvement (co-development). Lead discovery and delivery: build and prioritize the roadmap and backlog in partnership with Design, Architecture, and Engineering defining journeys, hypotheses, and success metrics, and ensuring platform-ready requirements (APIs, data contracts, security/compliance) aligned to global DataHub standards. Own the execution plan for the Mappers-to-DataHub evolution, including discovery, sequencing, stakeholder alignment, and customer impact management. Serve as the primary product voice for DataHub in Brazil connecting Product, Design, Engineering, Architecture, Legal/Compliance, and commercial stakeholders to deliver DataHub & Partner Ecosystem outcomes across Credit and ID&F initiatives in a global context. + Advanced English; Solid experience in Product Management within regulated, high-complexity environments. Experience leading platform or data products (APIs, shared services, data contracts) and delivering outcomes across multiple business stakeholders. Strong experience with agile product delivery: shaping roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, defining success metrics, and guiding squad execution. Fluent English for frequent interaction with global teams. Demonstrated ability to translate complex problems into clear requirements, journeys, hypotheses, and actionable roadmaps. Experience collaborating closely with Design, Architecture, and Engineering, including managing dependencies and delivery risks in a matrixed environment. Strong communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders (regional and global), and the ability to move between technical audiences, business areas, and executive leadership. Demonstrated AI Builder fluency, comfort specifying and iterating on AI features through prompt design, agent and tool-use flows, and structured evaluations, working hand-in-hand with Engineering and applied ML rather than treating AI as a black-box capability. Hands-on profile with strong ownership, analytical thinking, and comfort operating under ambiguity.
