Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) plan, design, develop specifications, and manage multiple projects 2) review all plans, engineering calculations, specifications, estimates, and technical documents to ensure constructability and adherence to regulations 3) discuss, clarify, and coordinate project designs and construction with end users, stakeholders, technical experts, and other agencies. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
