Responsibilities

  • Strategic Closing: Take over qualified leads and transform them into signed contracts through superior strategic pitching. You will own the "Last Mile" of the sales process.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in Digital Media, AdTech, or Agency sales, with a heavy emphasis on Branding and Strategic Planning .
  • Core Competency: Exceptional proposal-writing and presentation skills . You must be able to visualize data and creativity into a compelling narrative.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Influencer Marketing ecosystem (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, etc.) and the gaming sector.
  • Bilingual Mastery: * Native or Professional Korean (for KR market strategy).
  • Professional Chinese or Japanese (for internal reporting and China client communication).
  • Bonus: Proficiency in Japanese is a significant advantage for collaborating with the JP local team.
  • Communication Style: A "Smart Communicator" who can balance client expectations with internal operational realities.
  • Agile Mindset: Ability to pivot strategies quickly based on market feedback or client pivots.
