About the role

What You Can Expect : As a Regional People Operations & Technology Specialist, you will support the delivery of efficient, data-driven, and technology-enabled people operations across 21 countries in Asia Pacific, Central Asia and Turkey. Reporting to the Regional People Operations & Technology Manager, you will collaborate with Country, Regional and Global HR teams and Regional IT team to enhance employee experience, strengthen operational excellence, and drive continuous improvement. This role offers broad regional exposure and the opportunity to work with leading HR technologies, analytics, and automation tools while contributing to key initiatives that shape the future of People Operations & Technology across the region. Data Management & Reporting Consolidate and transform HR data using advanced Excel and Power Query to create reliable, analysis-ready datasets Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards using Power BI to support workforce insights Deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis that enable informed decision-making for HR and business stakeholders Process Optimization & Automation Contribute to the building, testing and deployment of Power Apps and Power Automate solutions that enhance operational efficiency Partner with Country HR teams and IT to identify improvement opportunities and automate manual processes, reducing administrative effort and operational risk HR Systems Support Administer the BIPO platform at the regional level and partner with the vendor on advanced configuration requirements Provide Workday support to Country HR teams, resolving complex cases and coordinating with the Workday Helpdesk and IT teams Contribute to system launches, enhancements and migrations through requirements gathering, data preparation, testing and stakeholder coordination Operational Excellence, Compliance & Governance Maintain HR systems documentation, including SOPs, process guides and user manuals to promote consistent adoption across the region Facilitate system demonstrations and training sessions, supporting the rollout of Workday updates and new features Drive data quality efforts by preparing review frameworks and partnering with Country HR teams to improve data accuracy and consistency What You Bring: Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Service Innovation, Digital Transformation, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Information System, Data Analytics, IT or a related function Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Exposure to Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps and Power Automate is preferred Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, BIPO or similar platforms Ability to analyze data and translate findings into meaningful insights Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Core Competencies Strong analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving capabilities High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality Demonstrates ownership, accountability and a continuous improvement mindset Collaborative and service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering a positive user experience Curious and eager to learn new technologies, tools and ways of working
