In lieu of an associate's degree, a High School or Equivalency Diploma and at least two years of payroll, accounting, human resources, or related experience.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and the ability to learn new computer software programs quicklyStrong mathematical, analytical, and technical skillsAbility to quickly learn and utilize all necessary software programsAbility to multi-task, and work under tight deadlines with flexibilityExcellent customer service skillsAttention to detail, well-developed written and verbal communication skills, ability to take initiative, as well as excellent time-management and prioritization abilitiesAbility to work and respond during non-traditional hours as neededValid driver's licensePreferred:Bachelor's DegreeFPC CertificationExperience in WorkdayAdvanced experience with Excel, V lookup and pivot tablesApplications will be accepted until July 3, 2026.This position has a career path which allows for advancement opportunities within a job series.
