Director of Project Delivery

About the role

As the Director of Project Delivery, you will be responsible for leading the organization's overall project delivery functions, including project management and site management. In this position, you will use your extensive knowledge and experience in leading project operations to facilitate the successful execution of all IMI projects. Your position will eventually report to the Vice President of Operations, and you'll frequently collaborate with IMI Leadership, DCS Leadership, and other teams across both companies. In this role, you will: Direct the organization's Project Delivery operations, including project management, project coordination Collaborate with DCS Program Management to ensure project delivery for core clients is of the highest standard Continue to develop and execute the organization's overall Project Delivery strategies Lead all the Project Delivery Team's sub-function personnel and ensure the career and skill development of your team Engage in the sales process with all pre-contract functions to ensure that implementation plans are created currently and that all appropriate costs are included in the bidding process Be responsible for the reporting of your department to ensure that organizational leadership is informed and confident regarding the delivery of projects Research industry news and trends and enhance IMI's strategies and incorporate when advantageous Innovate when possible, to lead the industry Evaluate organizational project performance data to identify areas of opportunity and adapt as needed We're Excited About You Because: You have 5 or more years of experience working in and leading projects and teams You may have a bachelor's degree in a related field You are excited to build and grow the IMI Project Delivery Team You're able to deliver results in fast-paced and high-stress environments You're a servant leader and an enabler and enhancer of our company culture You have excellent communication skills and you're able to work well with clients, management, and multidisciplined teams You're a self-motivated performer who can execute with minimum supervision and guidance You're a creative problem-solver who can manage multiple complex tasks and projects at a time You are proficient in MS Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint Reasons to Join Our Team: We pride ourselves in our family-like culture and casual, but focused, work environment We offer competitive salaries and health benefits Our 401K program includes a 100% match up to 5% We offer our employees flexibility and autonomy We engage in community outreach projects throughout the year We work hard, but we also know how to have fun Work Environment: Interaction with team members and clients in both remote and on-site locations.
