Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive clinical education, hands‑on/virtual injection training, and pre/post‑procedural support while serving as the clinical expert across key practices and provider teams.

Requirements
- RN, PA, NP, or similar clinical background preferred, with experience in spine, pain, or image‑guided procedures.
- Minimum 5 years clinical field support of interventional spine/device education, with strong procedural expertise and knowledge of lumbar pathology and radiculopathy required.
- Previous medical device experience strongly preferred
- Previous interventional spine and/or pain experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience supporting the launch of a novel or disruptive therapy, including leading initial case support, training physicians on procedural techniques, and driving adoption through clinical workflow integration across office, ASC, and hospital settings.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate clinical data into practical HCP education.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and operating in a fast‑paced, dynamic launch environment.
- Note: These are field-based roles. We seek candidates who are willing and able to travel 60 % or more of the time. Successful candidates are required to reside within the territory and within close proximity to a major airport hub.
