What you'll do: Agent Strategist As an Agent Strategist, you will be responsible for driving customer outcomes and the success of the AI agents you own. Working closely with Agent Product Managers and Agent Engineers, you will lead the strategy, design, development, and optimization of AI agents that handle thousands of customer interactions every day. You will play a central role in bringing high-quality AI agents to life by combining product strategy, conversational design, and deep customer understanding. (1) Customer Strategy & Account Management Build trusted relationships with customers and take ownership of overall account success and health Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and develop long-term strategic partnerships Deeply understand customers' business objectives and define roadmaps for successful AI adoption Partner with Account Executives (AEs) to drive business outcomes and support account growth (2) AI Agent Strategy, Design & Development Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of conversational AI agents Leverage Studio, platform capabilities, and solution packages to deliver high-quality AI agents Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and Core teams to translate customer requirements into scalable product solutions Drive ongoing optimization and quality improvements across deployed AI agents (3) Project Leadership & Stakeholder Management Lead multiple high-impact and complex agent development initiatives simultaneously Coordinate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the agent development lifecycle Foster strong relationships and ensure clear communication across customers and internal teams.
Requirements
- Outstanding Japanese Communication Skills: Excellent Japanese verbal and written communication skills for enterprise business settings, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, foster collaboration, and drive projects forward with clarity.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of software development, product management and engineering principles, enabling you to act as a strategic partner to customers and internal teams as we turn visionary ideas into agents.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to grasp complex concepts, and to identify risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and handle unexpected challenges across customer relationships and products.
- Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, leading and inspiring teams to deliver innovative ideas and exceptional agents.

- Business-level English Communication Skills: Experience working in an international company where English is the primary language of communication; native or business-level proficiency in English.
