About the role
Rho is the modern banking platform built for startups. Open accounts in minutes, issue cards, manage expenses, pay bills, and close the books - all in one connected platform backed by real human support. We're looking for a Junior Services Engineer based out of our European headquarters in Belgrade.
Responsibilities
- Maintain our existing computer and network setups
- Administrate and support all existing software and hardware, including Apple devices, Okta, Kanji, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira
- Troubleshoot and effectively support and resolve user issues
- Diagnose and resolve of hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise
- Own and take action on the Joiner-Mover-Leaver Process - lifecycle view (onboarding, changes, offboarding)
- Monitor and maintain IT compliance, ensuring policies and controls are properly implemented and followed
- Security maintenance and assistance with performing security audits
- Document processes for users and administrators, including creating guides tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Keep up-to-date on new technologies and security risks
- Assist with implementing system and process improvements
Requirements
- Strong understanding of information technology, including networking and computer systems
- Hands-on experience installing and troubleshooting enterprise software, laptops, and peripherals
- Experience with macOS and Apple ecosystem
- Experience with IAM and MDM tools
- Able to interact and communicate effectively with both technical and business team members
- 1-3 years of experience in similar positions
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Relevant Degree in Information Systems or Information Technology
- Familiarity with Jira Service Management
- Experience with No-code automaton tools such as Zapier, n8n or similar
- Experience with setup and maintenance of the conference room hardware
