Responsibilities

• Accounting & Operations Support
• Assist the General Ledger: Support day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR to ensure our books are impeccable.
• Data Integrity: Ensure all financial data is accurate and up to date within our accounting systems.
• Media Spend Tracking
• Reconcile Costs: Help actively manage and reconcile high-volume pass-through media costs.
• Understand AdTech Finance: Learn and apply the difference between gross vs. net revenue in an AdTech context, ensuring client media budgets are accounted for correctly.
• Financial Reporting & Strategy (Learning Track)
• Month-End Close: Support the establishment of a disciplined month-end close process to help produce timely financial statements.
• Strategic Modeling: Gain exposure to building financial models that forecast growth scenarios for long-term planning.

Requirements

• You are pursuing a Finance MBA Degree
• Detail-Obsessed: You understand that in the media business, a small error in pass-through calculations can have a large impact on margins.
• Highly Organized: You thrive when managing multiple moving pieces at once and take pride in keeping things airtight. You take pride in a balanced ledger.
• Proactive by Nature: You do not wait to be told when something needs attention. You spot it, flag it, and handle it.
• Technically Curious: You are proficient in or eager to master tools like Excel and QuickBooks Online (or Xero).

Location: In-Person (New York, NY) Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 / hour Commitment: 25-40 hours/week (Summer 2026), with a transition to part-time during the academic year. Position Overview At Eulerity, we are building the future of AI-driven marketing automation. We simplify digital advertising for franchises and multi-location businesses , using machine learning and automation to help our clients scale. Behind every great startup is a rock-solid financial foundation, and our finance department is currently in a pivotal "0 to 1" phase regarding our financial infrastructure. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented intern to join our team in our New York office and support our financial operations from the inside. This is not a passive, administrative internship. You will work directly with our Controller to keep our finance engine running-assisting with reconciliations, tracking cash flow, and learning the unique financial workflows of the AdTech industry. You will get an unfiltered look at how a high-growth startup builds its financial systems, and you will be a meaningful part of making it happen.
