JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Summary As a Regional Bespoke Supplier Marketing Manager , you will lead the commercial development and execution of tailored marketing campaigns for accommodation and activities partners across the Americas. This role combines consultative sales, marketing strategy, and campaign delivery , with a strong focus on driving revenue, client satisfaction, and product differentiation . You will act as a trusted advisor to suppliers, translating their commercial objectives into impactful marketing initiatives that maximize visibility, performance, and ROI. Job Responsibilities Campaign Ownership & Delivery Own the end‑to‑end delivery of bespoke supplier marketing campaigns, from briefing and planning to execution, optimization, and post‑campaign analysis. Strategic Marketing & Commercial Alignment Translate supplier objectives into tailored marketing strategies aligned with commercial priorities and revenue goals. Design innovative campaigns that drive differentiation, conversion, and partner value. Supplier Relationship Management Act as the main point of contact for assigned suppliers, building strong relationships and managing expectations throughout the campaign lifecycle. Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with internal teams (Commercial, Sourcing, Marketing, Tech, Analytics) to ensure high‑quality campaign delivery on time and within budget. Performance & Reporting Monitor campaign performance and deliver clear reporting, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. Use data to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement. Optimization & Growth Proactively identify upsell opportunities, campaign extensions, and new formats to expand revenue streams. Governance & Quality Ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across all campaign executions. Escalate risks or deviations when necessary while retaining ownership of execution. Product & Offering Development Contribute to the evolution of the supplier marketing offering by sharing best practices and scalable solutions. Required Skills Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills . Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels. Proven commercial acumen and consultative sales mindset. Strong project management and organization capabilities . Ability to translate client needs into tailored marketing strategies . Analytical mindset with focus on performance, ROI, and optimization . Adaptability and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Required Tech Skills Advanced Excel for campaign tracking, reporting, and performance analysis. Strong PowerPoint skills for client-facing presentations. Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and marketing/sales platforms. Familiarity with Tableau or analytics dashboards . Knowledge of digital marketing channels and campaign tools is a plus. Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in B2B marketing, media sales, or supplier marketing roles . Experience designing and selling custom marketing campaigns . Background in travel, hospitality, or related commercial industries . Experience in client-facing roles with consultative sales approach . Strong understanding of campaign analytics and performance reporting . Degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related fields. Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
