Disability Support Practitioner - Casual

About the role

Support adults living in CPA group homes to lead rich, independent and empowered lives. Your day-to-day may include: Providing respectful support with personal care, mealtimes, medication, and daily routines Encouraging skill-building, independence, and decision-making Supporting community engagement, social connection and transport (including use of CPA vans) Following person-centred plans with empathy and professionalism

Requirements

• A passion for empowering people with disability
• A can-do attitude and growth mindset - you're open to learning and ready to make a difference
• NSW Driver's Licence (P2 or above)
• Physical capability to support clients with mobility or transfers
• Availability for a minimum of 3 full days per week (15-20+ hours)
• The ability to travel to our multiple locations across the Central Coast region (Wyong, Long Jetty, and Umina)
