Job Description This is an APAC role covering Malaysia, Thailand Indonesia Financial Governance and Business Partnering Establish and maintain strong financial controls and governance across the site. Partner with business leaders to provide financial insight, challenge assumptions and support achievement of key performance indicators. Drive financial stewardship, margin discipline and cost management. Planning, Forecasting and Performance Management Lead the annual budget and monthly forecasting process covering revenue, margins, operating expenses, free cash flow and net working capital. Gather inputs from stakeholders and provide analytical insight to improve forecast accuracy and operational efficiency. Perform monthly analysis of revenue performance, working capital, cost variances, margins and KPIs. Identify and explain key variances between actual and plan and recommend corrective actions. Prepare and submit weekly free cash flow forecasts and track weekly and monthly variances against plan. Reporting and Service Governance Execute quarterly intercompany charge outs in line with group timelines and policies. Review and update Service Level Agreements on a regular basis to ensure alignment and compliance. Operational Finance and Continuous Improvement Prepare the annual service man hour rate to support pricing and quoting activities. Conduct financial feasibility studies and support strategic and operational finance projects. Act as a catalyst for continuous improvement of financial and operational processes.
