Senior Electrical Engineer

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in the design of electrical engineering systems
• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from an accredited program
• Experience in Power Plant, Data Center, or Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure is preferred
• Experience in the selection of equipment, materials, and the preparation and assembly of engineering design change packages, calculations, and specifications
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to convey information to both project team members and clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving start-up environment
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines

As an Electrical Engineer, you'll own high-impact design decisions, work directly with leadership, and help turn our power plant into a scalable product. We're looking for a hands-on Senior Electrical Engineer ready to own major design decisions and help turn our power plant into a product that can be built and deployed like hardware, not infrastructure. You'll work directly with company leadership on the most critical design and integration challenges, moving fast from concept to execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a scrappy, startup environment, where your designs leave the CAD screen and become reality.
