Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and correspondence.
- Screen communications and manage information flow on behalf of the Family Office

- Arrange personal logistics, meal deliveries, household orders, and other administrative requirements.
- Support ad hoc requests and special projects as needed.
- Qualifications & Experience
- The ideal candidate will have :
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- Total experience of about 15 years as Executive Assistant/Secretary supporting senior executives or entrepreneurs
- Strong experience in Calendar and Travel Management, Social Calendar, coordination in multiple stakeholders, and cross border communication
- Experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, family offices, or similarly demanding environments preferred.
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to work remotely/independently, anticipate needs, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated maturity, discretion, and sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused.
