Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and correspondence.

  • Manage company credit card expense submissions and related administrative processes.
  • Coordinate medical appointments and wellness-related services
  • Arrange personal logistics, meal deliveries, household orders, and other administrative requirements.
  • Support ad hoc requests and special projects as needed.
  • Qualifications & Experience
  • The ideal candidate will have :
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
  • Total experience of about 15 years as Executive Assistant/Secretary supporting senior executives or entrepreneurs
  • Strong experience in Calendar and Travel Management, Social Calendar, coordination in multiple stakeholders, and cross border communication
  • Experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, family offices, or similarly demanding environments preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to work remotely/independently, anticipate needs, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated maturity, discretion, and sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused.
  • Professional, adaptable, and resilient under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Committed to integrity, accountability, and excellence in execution.
